The personalized plan is simple, sustainable and designed for each participant to go at their own pace. It is divided into three smaller programs:

Phase 1: 6-10 weeks

  • Original Estima Diet, a clean keto program designed by a woman for women.
  • Small lifestyle modifications
  • Exercise recommendations that help you utilize fat for energy. *Spoiler alert: you may be exercising less and losing more fat than you are now.

Phase 2: 6 weeks

  • Nutrient Cycling and Weight Training.
  • In this phase, I teach you how to cycle nutrients and exercise to work with either your menstrual cycle or your nutrient cycle if you’re post-menopausal.
  • We will go over different types of fasting, which types are best for you, and how often to use them
  • This is where we introduce different types of fasting for different goals,

Phase 3: 3-12 months

  • The graduate program.
  • Dive more deeply into stress-management techniques like conscious breathing and meditation, and play with individual responses to different foods at different times of day.
  • The goal here is that nothing is strictly off-limits, so you never feel deprived, and never go off the rails.

What am I able to eat on the Estima Diet?
The Estima Diet is made up of healthy fats, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, legumes and if you’re a vegetarian or vegan, some fruit, nuts, and seeds. The Hormone Balancing Program includes various delicious recipes, with more being added to our collection every week!
I’ve tried every weight loss program imaginable, how is this different?
The Hormone Balancing Program is different because it is a lifestyle program. It’s sustainable because it doesn’t require you to give up your favorite foods forever.. This program was designed by a woman for women, to rebalance hormones, decrease insulin resistance, and increase strength. It is about tuning into your body, and giving it what it needs, not what processed food tricks your body into thinking it needs.
Do I need to go to the gym on your program?
For Level 1, you don’t need a gym or lift weights. In Level 2, you will need hand weights or resistance bands; you can either get a gym membership or work out at home.
I have food intolerances/physical limitations, will I be able to participate in your programs?
Yes! We can work around any food intolerances and most physical limitations. The Hormone Balancing Program is structured to meet you where you are to get you where you want to go.
